Im/Press Wash™ is an environmentally conscious formula designed for de-inking parts, rollers and equipment in today’s modern press industry. Im/Press Wash™ will quickly and effectively remove most types of inks from various types of roll material, such as steel or rubber compound rollers. The water-emulsified formula is non-flammable, contains no chlorinated solvents or petroleum products, is biodegradable, non-caustic, non-corrosive, phosphate free, has a pH of 9.5 – 10.5, alcohol free and contains no regulated VOCs (EPA testing method #8240). Im/Press Wash™ is an emulsion material designed to be mixed with water. Water is the catalyst that releases the emulsion system to de-ink parts. It may be cut up to 20:1. To find the best results, it is recommended to cut product in increments of 5%.

Directions:

1. For best results, spray a liberal amount of Im/Press Wash onto the area to be de-inked.
2. Let set for one to two minutes, then wipe away with a clean cloth.
3. Repeat process until clean.
